CONTROL YOUR BUSINESS 2004 - PRESENT

Control Your Business (CYB) is an advisory, accounting and taxation practice with special emphasis on family business and succession planning. While practicing as a sole trader Chartered Accountant since 1978, Graeme encountered many firms facing unique challenges. Some far beyond the scope of traditional chartered accountancy work. Graeme then developed a specialised service delivering quality support for businesses facing crises.

As an Accredited Family Business Advisor, he assists family members to manage their unique challenges positively. Graeme also helps to protect family and business interests, support growth and implement succession planning. He is also experienced in resolving instances of “sibling rivalry,” that so often conflicts with the wishes of the founding generation – and vice versa.

CYB meets the needs of a widely diverse group of SMEs, small and family businesses. Having seen them through the tough times, Graeme continues to collaborate closely with the owners to facilitate business continuity, turnaround, and business growth. CYB still retains a very dedicated and competent accounting and taxation service. Control Your Business offers complete business solutions from the one provider.
